Brain function as a determinant of intelligence

In the industrial era's most successful people are those who have a high IQ (relying on left brain). Characteristics - features left brain is logical and rational thinking. People who rely on left-brain, are likely good at math, and math smart people tend to be smart.
But there are some people who are not good at math (left brain is weak), people who like these tend to be stupid. People who are smart in the arts does not count as a smart person. But lately a lot of research that proves that 80% of our success is determined by EQ (right brain), while 20% is determined only IQ (left brain)
People who have high EQ tend not to have high academic achievement. They tend to be smart in the relationship between humans, have high creativity, high empathy, and intuition are high.
Not infrequently we find that a child who does not have a high IQ even more successful than children who have high IQs.
